Box Optronics provides the 1mm Active Area InGaAs PIN Photodiode in a TO-46 hermetic package (Models: BPD-1STO46B-BL with ball lens and BPD-1STO46B-FW with flat window). Featuring a 1mm diameter InGaAs photosensitive area, wide spectral response from 900nm to 1650nm, high responsivity, low dark current, and low junction capacitance for near-infrared measurement and monitoring applications. The coaxial pigtail package is also optional.
