This is a 1651nm DFB fiber-coupled laser diode with a multi-quantum well DFB chip and a 14-pin butterfly package. It integrates TEC temperature control and thermistor, supports single-mode/ polarization-maintaining fiber output, with typical output power of 10mW and center wavelength of 1651nm. Suitable for fiber communication, fiber sensing, optical instruments, and dedicated light source systems, it is easy to operate and highly reliable. Please strictly control drive current, voltage, and soldering temperature, provide ESD protection, and avoid exceeding absolute maximum ratings.

● Exclusions from Free Warranty:
