This is a 1651nm DFB fiber-coupled laser diode with a multi-quantum well DFB chip and a 14-pin butterfly package. It integrates TEC temperature control and thermistor, supports single-mode/ polarization-maintaining fiber output, with typical output power of 10mW and center wavelength of 1651nm.
