Product Introduction
The 1310nm DFB 100KHz BTF Narrow Linewidth Laser is a
high-performance laser designed for applications in Lidar, wind radar, optical
fiber sensing, and coherent communication. It features an output power up to
100mW, a 3dB bandwidth of less than 100kHz, and a low threshold current.
Optional with SM/PM fiber, wide operating temperature, and high reliability.
Please use under ESD protection and control the drive current & temperature
strictly, and avoid overcurrent damage.

(1) Is it possible to change the wavelength by adjusting the current?
What is the range?
--Yes. The current wavelength coefficient is 0.01 nm/mA, and the
temperature wavelength coefficient is 0.1 nm/℃. The WL adjustable range is around ~center WL+/- 1 nm
(2) What's the line width? Do you provide a normal line width LD?
--3dB line width is less than 100kHz. MHz-level LD is available.
(3) What's the power regulation range?
--10~100%
(4) Do you provide a protective fiber tube and fiber connector?
--Yes. 900um loose tube and FC/APC, SC/APC, or other connectors are
optional.

Notes
● Optical fibers are fragile; do not use the fiber to pull the device.
When inserting or removing a device from its socket, do not apply pressure to
or pull on the sleeve located at the rear of the device housing. For devices
equipped with connectors, ensure that both the device and the fiber connector
are lifted simultaneously during installation or removal.
● If the pins require soldering, the soldering temperature must not
exceed 260°C, and the soldering time must not exceed 10 seconds. Particular
attention must be paid to the following: during the soldering process, the
device must be in an unpowered state, and the soldering iron must be properly
grounded.
● During the power-up process, never apply a high current directly, as
this risks damaging the chip. Instead, power up the device at a current level
close to the chip's threshold, and then gradually increase the current in small
increments until the desired level is reached.
● Before powering up all components, first activate the cooler, and
then proceed with incremental power-up steps to prevent chip overheating and
overload.

● Warranty Period:
Free repair or replacement for non-human-induced defects within 1
year from purchase. Paid maintenance services available after 1 year.
● Exclusions from Free Warranty:
During the free warranty period, free repair or replacement services
will be provided for faults caused by product quality issues. However, Box
Optronics retains the right to refuse free repair services in the following
cases within the warranty period:
(1) Damage caused by natural factors (e.g., lightning, dust) or
environmental influences.
(2) Malfunctions due to improper operation by the user.
(3) Obvious physical damage caused by human error.
(4) Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
(5) Altered or incomplete warranty labels on the housing.
(6) Damage or loss during transportation.
