Product Introduction-760nm DFB TO CAN Laser

760nm DFB TO CAN Laser from Box Optronics is a high-performance laser source designed for oxygen (O2) gas sensing and TDLAS applications. The laser features a center wavelength of 760 nm+/-1 nm, output power up to 60 mW, a low threshold current of 10~30 mA, and a side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR)≥35 dB for stable operation. Integrated TEC and thermistor enable precise temperature control and excellent wavelength stability. The 760nm DFB TO CAN Laser is available in aspheric lens or flat window TO-CAN packages, suitable for OEM integration in gas analyzers, environmental monitoring instruments, and spectroscopy systems.

Precaution-760nm DFB TO CAN Laser

(1) The modules should be handled in the same manner as ordinary semiconductor device to prevent the electro-static damages. For safety keeping and carrying, the modules should be packaged with ESD proof material. To assemble the modules on PCB, the workbench, the soldering iron and the human body should be grounded.

(2) Please pay special attention to the atmospheric conditions because the dew on the module may cause some electrical damage.

(3) Under such a strong vibration environment as in an automobile, the performance and reliability are not guaranteed.

● Exclusions from Free Warranty:

During the free warranty period, free repair or replacement services will be provided for faults caused by product quality issues. However, Box Optronics retains the right to refuse free repair services in the following cases within the warranty period:

(1) Damage caused by natural factors (e.g., lightning, dust) or environmental influences.

(2) Malfunctions due to improper operation by the user.

(3) Obvious physical damage caused by human error.

(4) Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.

(5) Altered or incomplete warranty labels on the housing.

(6) Damage or loss during transportation.
