This 3mm InGaAs PIN Photodiode TO5 designed for optical power meters, fiber optic test and measurement, optical sensing, and NIR spectroscopy applications. Based on a reliable PIN photodiode structure, it converts incident optical signals from 900nm to 1650nm into proportional photocurrent with excellent linearity, high responsibility, and stable long-term performance.
